We were recommended by him by a contractor who renovated our bathrooms. He came and rescued us from -50 temperature and installed a new furnace that the previous installer had forgotten to properly install the emergency trigger and as a result had burnt the computer operating the entire furnace. Our house could've burnt down. Since then he has come and fixed several other parts of our A/C and another furnace at our rentals. Very reliable and honest gentleman. Would not recommend unnecessary things, and only fixed what is necessary. Very polite, easy to deal with and most importantly very knowledgeable and informative. Gives great trustworthy advice and recommendation He may not be the cheapest, but definitely NOT the most expensive. And for the service Ben provides, he is definitely worth the wait to get him.
